We live on Planet 01, where 0.1% of the population controls the State, the Economy, the Media, and Collective Consciousness.
A planet where political avatars are carefully planted like seeds of obedience and harvested through elections manipulated by fear, guilt, and promises of algorithmic freedom.
On Planet 01, democracies function like reality shows: the public votes, but the script is written by the sponsors.

But neuroscience is ready to propose another reality.

The Human Body as a Model: Organic, Not Extractive, Metabolism

Human life, in its purest form, is based on a self-organized existential metabolism.
The body does not profit from itself. It circulates energy, repairs systems, cooperates between organs, and maintains homeostasis as a core principle.
The economy could do the same.

But on Planet 01, the model is different:
An extractive model, where the system feeds on everything it can take — from nature, from people, from institutions, and even from the very concept of truth.
Profit, accumulation, interest, and tax evasion function like systemic tumors, promoting the hypertrophy of the elite and the necrosis of the common good.

The DREX CIDADÃO system is a proposal to rescue the original economic metabolism of life, where the State acts as a regulatory mother-cell, ensuring inputs, balance, and collective support so that each citizen can generate their own vital and financial energy — just as the body provides oxygen, nutrients, and metabolic conditions for each cell to produce its own ATP.

Without this continuous support, the social organism becomes ill, collapses, or falls into functional necrosis — exactly as biological systems do when homeostasis is broken.

ZONE 3: Consciousness Activated by the System

Most of the population is trapped in ZONE 3 of the human mind:
A consciousness artificially activated by ideologies, dogmas, influencers, and narratives produced by think tanks funded by the 01s themselves.
This is where manipulated Tensional Selves are born — defending what destroys them, advocating for billionaires, and attacking anyone who proposes redistribution and justice.

The algorithm does not seek your freedom — it seeks predictability. In this, it is a sibling of tyrants.

ZONE 2: Repair Before Action

ZONE 2 is a space of mTOR deactivation, where the body enters functional repair and metabolic balance.
Here, the mind can regain clarity, decondition itself from imposed tensions, and experience fruition and metacognition — fundamental states for the exercise of critical thinking.

Only from ZONE 2 can we redesign institutions based on what the body teaches.

ZONE 1: Damasian Mind and PureMind

Before ideologies, before manipulated faith, before algorithms — there exists the Damasian Mind: interoceptive, alive, felt.
ZONE 1 is the place where subjectivity is born from the body, where belonging is Human Quorum Sensing, where each individual perceives themselves as part of the whole.

This is the state that DANA Spirituality proposes: a secular, DNA-intelligent, affective, and non-dogmatic religiosity.

This is the foundation upon which we can rebuild societies — with empathy, rhythm, territory, and belonging.

The Proposal: A Transitional Democratic Monarchy

We know the current system has been completely contaminated by the 01s.
They occupy political parties, city halls, legislatures, ministries, the judiciary — and even school textbooks.
They have the power to create and destroy political avatars, using the same logic with which they manipulate markets and celebrities.

That’s why we propose, as a transitional step, a Secular Democratic Monarchy, where:

• The Head of State is a guardian of vital ethics, chosen through belonging cycles, not bought parties;
  
  

• Administrative functions remain democratic and rotational;
  
  

• The DREX Cidadão is the foundational guarantee of energetic and economic dignity for all beings;
  
  

• The State is not neutral — it is maternal, regenerative, and redistributive.
  
  

Because the Planet is Screaming

The climate crisis is not just an environmental emergency.
It is a civilizational collapse, a symptom of a system that trades forests for financial assets, spirit for numbers, belonging for engagement, and truth for memes.

Today, neuroscience is capable of showing that:

• Without fruition, there is no critical thinking;
  
  

• Without belonging, there is no ethics;
  
  

• Without a functional collective metabolism, there is no viable planet.
  
  

Back to Life: Economy as Body, Politics as Rhythm

It’s time to listen to what the body already knows:

• That profit without redistribution is necrosis;
  
  

• That time is metabolic, not linear;
  
  

• That consciousness is a dance between perception and belonging, not a judging machine.
  
  

It’s time to leave ZONE 3, restore ZONE 2, and build new societies through ZONE 1 —

Not as utopia, but as the only viable alternative in the face of systemic collapse.
