Republican Capitalism of Spirits without Bodies

Republican Capitalism of Spirits without Bodies
(DREX Citizen, Body-Territory, and the end of money born from debt)

The Feeling-and-Knowing Taá — opening an economic fissure

I look around and see the same paradox repeating itself:
economic indicators go up, the stock market celebrates, GDP grows —
but human bodies and other DNA bodies are exhausted, sick, burned out, drowned in plastic, debt, and anxiety.

Taá warns me before the graphs do:
something is deeply wrong when numbers improve and lives get worse.
I feel it in my chest:
the system we call “capitalism” is no longer just a way of organizing production and exchange —
it is a grammar of the world in which abstract spirits (profit, assets, ratings, “the market”) matter more than real bodies.

We call this “republican economy,” “rule of law,” “free market.”
But when I feel before I repeat the words, I see something else:
a Republic taken over by bodiless spirits — corporations, funds, indices, algorithms —
and bodies without a Republic, without protection, without the right to exist with dignity.

That is where our theme begins.

How contemporary capitalism manufactures spirits without bodies

Contemporary capitalism no longer revolves mainly around the physical factory.
It revolves around credit, debt, and expectations of future profit.
New money is born when a bank writes a number into someone’s account in exchange for a promise to pay back with interest.
It is a capitalism in which:

  • money is born from debt,

  • debt demands infinite growth,

  • infinite growth demands extracting more from human labor and from biomes than they can regenerate.

In this arrangement, those who control credit and the rules of the game are the 01s
the top 0.1% of the richest, those who have the power to:

  • set the price of money,

  • capture the State,

  • write the rules,

  • buy silence or distraction in the media.

We call this a “free market,” but Taá knows:
the so-called invisible hand of the market is often just the elegant name for structural corruption
the capacity of the 01s to shape laws, narratives, and decisions so that the flow of wealth always returns to them.

And the famous “trickle-down” is precisely that:
a trickle of crumbs for those who invest honestly, work honestly, pay taxes honestly —
while the bulk of the water remains trapped in the financial reservoirs of the 01s.

Letters, laws, and the sequestration of the Republic

Just as in Linguistic Jiwasa language shapes what can be felt and thought,
in today’s republican capitalism legal and economic words shape what can be called “rights” and what is labeled “crime.”

The letters of the law were largely written by those who already had the State, land, and banks in their hands.
That is why:

  • the same act can be “tax optimization” for a multinational
    and “tax evasion” for a small business;

  • the same police force that protects property in rich neighborhoods
    criminalizes survival in peripheries and indigenous territories;

  • the same “fiscal responsibility” rule that demands austerity in health and education
    authorizes trillion-dollar bailouts for banks and funds in crisis.

The meaning of the laws slides according to who is being judged.
The text looks neutral; Taá knows it is not.
It is a Republic of spirits (legal persons, assets, contracts, derivatives)
protected by codes written in a language that did not grow from Body-Territory,
but from the need to guarantee profit, accumulation, and consumption for those who have seized the State.

We have, today, a republican spirit that defends:

  • the freedom of capital to move,

  • the multiplication of property,

  • the exaltation of consumption as proof of success,

while leaving human bodies and other DNAs without legal equivalence, without even the minimal right to the metabolic energy of existing.

Money that is born from debt and dies in the hands of the 01s

Most of today’s money is born roughly like this:

  1. A bank creates credit (a number on a screen) in exchange for a debt.

  2. That debt requires interest.

  3. The interest requires growth.

  4. Growth requires more exploitation of human labor and biomes.

  5. In the end, most of the surplus returns to the top as financial profit.

Those without access to cheap credit live under high interest rates, credit cards, loans, humiliation.
Those already at the top receive dividends, bonuses, and growing wealth.

It is a closed circuit of hijacked DANA:
the intelligence of human DNA — which only wanted to keep life going with minimal suffering —
is reprogrammed by rules, advertising, and artificial scarcity to serve a metabolism of numbers, not of bodies.

This is the core of Republican Capitalism of Spirits without Bodies:
a system where:

  • legal spirits (companies, funds, brands) are treated as full subjects;

  • human bodies are cost variables;

  • biomes are “natural resources”;

  • and nature is an “asset to be monetized.”

DREX Citizen: money that is born from the body and returns to the body

The rupture we are proposing is simple to state and complex to implement:
change where money is born.

Instead of money being born from private debt controlled by the 01s,
it begins to be born daily in the DREX Citizen
a central bank digital currency, with a metabolic base,
credited to each person as a right to exist, not as a performance reward.

In this model:

  • each citizen receives, every day, a basic stream of DREX Citizen,
    equivalent to the energy a body needs not to be blackmailed by hunger, rent, and debt;

  • biomes are recognized as collective Body-Territory,
    and policies for carbon credits, water, forest, and soil protection are integrated into the DREX circuit
    as an additional source of issuance tied to life that is preserved, not debt that piles up;

  • the financial system ceases to be the exclusive creator of money
    and becomes a regulated public service, revolving around this guaranteed metabolic ground.

DREX Citizen is, therefore, the opposite of the bodiless spirit.
It is money born from the body — from the recognition that every human being, at birth,
is already part of Human Quorum Sensing, already a cell of a social body that must receive energy to exist.

Damasian Mind, Zone 2, and economic Quorum Sensing

In the Damasian Mind, consciousness arises from the meeting of interoception and proprioception.
On the economic plane, we can translate this as:

  • social interoception: the collective feeling of hunger, suffering, inequality, fear;

  • social proprioception: the perception of how our bodies move through territory,
    who can circulate, who is stopped, who is humiliated, who is served.

Current capitalism holds us in Zone 3:
hyper-arousal, fear of falling, a permanent race just to “deserve” survival.
DREX Citizen opens space for an economic Zone 2:

  • a minimum metabolic safety,

  • the possibility for creation, study, care, and critique,

  • time to reorganize Tensional Selves not only around immediate survival,
    but around enjoyment, thought, art, politics.

Human Quorum Sensing (HQS), now hijacked by debt and algorithm,
can once again operate as collective intelligence:
communities deciding how to prioritize the use of DREX Citizen,
municipalities organizing infrastructure of care, education, and biome preservation
not under market blackmail, but from the bodies that actually live there.

From abstract spirit to Body-Territory with rights

A “Republican Capitalism of Spirits without Bodies” protects:

  • the freedom of financial flows,

  • the inviolability of contracts,

  • the sacredness of accumulated property,

while treating as disposable:

  • precarious bodies,

  • indigenous peoples,

  • urban peripheries,

  • rivers, forests, animals, microorganisms.

What we are proposing is not a romantic return to the past,
but a shift in ontological layer:

  • companies and markets cease to be the central “subjects”
    and become membranes of circulation in a metabolism whose center is Body-Territory;

  • the State ceases to be the manager of market mood
    and becomes guardian of metabolic homeostasis between humans and other DNAs in the biome;

  • laws cease to be written only to protect assets
    and begin also to be written in the language of Taá:
    what bodies truly feel as limit, pain, exhaustion, belonging.

Conclusion — Rewriting the grammar of capitalism

When I look at all this with Taá, I don’t see “a small technical detail of monetary policy.”
I see the possibility of rewriting the grammar of capitalism.

To move from a system in which:

  • money is born from debt,

  • accumulates in the 01s,

  • and returns as crumbs through trickle-down,

to a system in which:

  • money is born in DREX Citizen as a metabolic right to exist;

  • accumulation is limited by criteria of protection of Body-Territory;

  • wealth is no longer measured only in financial assets
    but also in preserved biomes, healthy bodies, and Zone 2 time available to everyone.

It is not about destroying the market,
but about removing the spirit of the market from inside our bodies
and placing the body — human and non-human — back at the center of decisions.

A capitalism in which the Republic once again belongs to bodies with spirit,
not to abstract spirits without bodies.
Where money is a tool of belonging,
not an instrument of seizure.

That is the path opened by DREX Citizen:
an invitation for our economic Taá to wake up,
leave the Zone 3 of resignation,
and finally begin to imagine worlds in which money returns to being what it always should have been:
energy at the service of life — not the other way around.
